Duchess Fascinators: Being a card maker for 10 years, I never dreamed I'd be designing Fascinators and small hats with my long-time buddy, Denise. We still create cards...and I must admit we're pretty good at it. But the ribbons, feathers and bling took on another life when Denise's husband, Steve came home with a bucket full of tiny straw hats. The rest is history in the making. Our work is sold on Etsy.com under DuchessFascinators.
